Integrated gas treatment unit of the Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field near the Tas-Yuryakh village. EPC Turnkey Contract. Design, supply of materials, construction, installation and commissioning works
Design, supply of material and technical resources and equipment, construction, installation and commissioning works on a turnkey basis. The facility being designed (integrated gas treatment unit and shift residential complex) is located in the southern part of Mirny District of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), 150 km southwest of Mirny, 151 km northwest of Lensk and 5.5 km east of Tas-Yuryakh village. The territory has sharply continental climate, characterized by long snowy winter with frosts up to -60 °C and hot summer with temperatures up to +36 °C. Despite unfavorable weather and climatic conditions and permafrost soils, all works are planned to be carried out in accordance with the approved schedule, risk mitigation will be facilitated by the development of detailed design documentation in parallel with the draft documentation, early delivery of material and technical resources and the commencement of engineering preparations in the 2023−2024 season. Commercial operation of Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field was commenced in October 2013, and this is one of the largest fields in Eastern Siberia and belongs to the subsoil areas of federal significance in terms of estimated reserves (134 million tons of oil and 155 billion cubic meters of natural gas).
The new integrated gas treatment unit with a capacity of 4 million cubic meters per day will make it possible to organize gas supply to the 550 MW Novolenskaya TPP under construction, which will be commissioned in 2028. The Novolenskaya TPP will enhance the reliability of power supply in Eastern Siberia, making it possible to cover anticipated power shortage in the Bodaibinsky District of the Irkutsk Region. Such a shortage is expected to occur due to the implementation of a large-scale project for the development of the railway infrastructure of the Eastern polygon.
