Integrated gas treatment unit of the Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field near the Tas-Yuryakh village. EPC Turnkey Contract. Design, supply of materials, construction, installation and commissioning works
Customer: ALROSA-Gas JSC
Object type: Oil and gas construction
District: Far eastern federal district
Year: 2023-2026
Design, supply of material and technical resources and equipment, construction, installation and commissioning works on a turnkey basis. The facility being designed (integrated gas treatment unit and shift residential complex) is located in the southern part of Mirny District of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), 150 km southwest of Mirny, 151 km northwest of Lensk and 5.5 km east of Tas-Yuryakh village. The territory has sharply continental climate, characterized by long snowy winter with frosts up to -60 °C and hot summer with temperatures up to +36 °C. Despite unfavorable weather and climatic conditions and permafrost soils, all works are planned to be carried out in accordance with the approved schedule, risk mitigation will be facilitated by the development of detailed design documentation in parallel with the draft documentation, early delivery of material and technical resources and the commencement of engineering preparations in the 2023−2024 season. Commercial operation of Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field was commenced in October 2013, and this is one of the largest fields in Eastern Siberia and belongs to the subsoil areas of federal significance in terms of estimated reserves (134 million tons of oil and 155 billion cubic meters of natural gas).

The new integrated gas treatment unit with a capacity of 4 million cubic meters per day will make it possible to organize gas supply to the 550 MW Novolenskaya TPP under construction, which will be commissioned in 2028. The Novolenskaya TPP will enhance the reliability of power supply in Eastern Siberia, making it possible to cover anticipated power shortage in the Bodaibinsky District of the Irkutsk Region. Such a shortage is expected to occur due to the implementation of a large-scale project for the development of the railway infrastructure of the Eastern polygon.
Carrying out construction and installation work, reconstruction, technical re- equipment of facilities of organizations of the Transneft system at the facilities of Chernomorsktransneft LLC
The Sheskharis transshipment complex, which is part of the structure of Chernomortransneft JSC (a subsidiary of Transneft, PJSC) and located in Novorossiysk, is the end point of the main oil pipelines of Transneft, PJSC in the Krasnodar Krai, which ensure the transportation of oil from fields in Western Siberia and Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.

For transhipment through the port of Novorossiysk, sulfurous oil of the Urals grade is accumulated at the Sheskharis and Grushovaya production sites; The main load is borne by the Grushovaya site — hydrocarbon raw materials are supplied to its reservoirs mainly through the system of main oil pipelines Tikhoretsk — Novorossiysk — 2, Tikhoretsk — Novorossiysk — 3 and Krymsk — Grushovaya. The Tikhoretsk -Novorossiysk — 4 main oil pipeline is also connected to the tank farm of the Grushovaya site with the construction of new mud filter sites with a drainage system and a unit with safety valves.

The construction of new and reconstruction of existing oil trunk pipelines is carried out as part of the implementation of the South Project, a long-term large-scale program of Transneft, PJSC. The goal of this strategic project is to increase the capacity of main oil pipelines supplying raw materials to oil refineries in the Krasnodar Krai, as well as the formation of a new powerful transport corridor for the supply of diesel fuel to the south of Russia and abroad.

Construction is being carried out in the most difficult weather and climatic conditions, in areas that are unfavorable in engineering and geological terms: in the permafrost zone, where frosts down to -60 °C are possible in winter. During the construction of the overhead line, steel lattice supports of a new unification were installed. At the Chayanda substation and the Nyuya switching point, relay protection and automated control system complexes developed in Russia were installed. Energy facilities are also equipped with highly reliable SF6 switching equipment. Work on the project is part of the construction of a network infrastructure for external power supply to the Chayandinskoye oil and gas condensate field, which is the resource base of the Power of Siberia gas pipeline. This main gas pipeline supplies Russian gas from Yakutia to the Primorsky krai, the People’s Republic of China and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region.

Construction of the 220 kV overhead line «Peleduy —Sukhoi Log» (2nd circuit)
Customer: FGC UES, PJSC
Object type: Electric grid construction
Length: 262,25 km
District: Far eastern federal district
Year: 2018-2020
The construction of overhead lines was carried out in remote areas of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Irkutsk Oblast — in the regions of the Far North and similar territories in the complete absence of transport infrastructure. The geological structure of the overhead line route was predominantly represented by permafrost soils, so the Project provided for the measures to preserve permafrost. Taking into account the construction conditions, the facility was built multiple times ahead of the standard deadlines for the construction of 220 kV voltage class facilities. The work was carried out in accordance with the approved schedule despite unfavorable weather and climatic conditions (extreme sub-zero temperatures, flooding of mountain rivers, in the regions of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation where construction took place, a state of emergency was introduced due to a large number of forest fires). The scope of construction of the overhead line also included the construction of a large crossing across the river Lena in the area of the Peleduy village with a length of 2.3 km with a separate scope of work on the construction of a transition support on Polovinny Island.

The commissioning of 220 kV Peleduy — Sukhoi Log overhead line from 220 kV Sukhoi Log substation made it possible to close the Peleduy energy ring, which also includes the 500 kV Ust-Kut substation and 220 kV substation Peleduy, Sukhoi Log, and Mamakan and "Taximo". Commissioning of the energy ring is a key measure to reduce the risk of disruption of power supply to consumers and eliminate power shortages in the Mamsko-Chuysky and Bodaibinsky energy districts of the Irkutsk energy system. These measures are of great importance for the development of the entire economy of Eastern Siberia, increasing the reliability of the energy supply of the Baikal-Amur Main Line, ensuring the development of new promising deposits of precious metals, including the largest gold ore deposit Sukhoi Log. The energization of the title facilities provided a solution to the strategic issue of synchronous operation of UES of the Russian Federation and the UES of the East within the framework of the unification of the two energy systems.
